Headliner Dena Jackson
Dena Jackson is a Toronto based stand up comedian, TEDx speaker, writer and host of the Ego Podcast on iTunes and Soundcloud. She writes for CBC Comedy and the Beaverton, and her stand-up has been featured on at Just For Laughs 42, the SheDot Festival, Guelph Comedy Festival, Gilda’s Laughfest, regularly at Absolute Comedy and on SiriusXM Radio.
Raphael Loucadellis
A film school drop out and a former monk before he dropped out of that too, join Raphael on his journey as he’s on the road to dropping out of stand up comedy. A finalist in the 2018 Toronto Comedy Brawl, you can catch Raphael hosting The Comedy Claptrap every month at Orchid in downtown Toronto.
Amy Bugg
Amy Bugg is a stand-up comic with a penchant for inactivity, mild-mannered jokes about pizza, and dogs who look like people. You’re likely to find her featured on comedy stages across the country or at the back of a rural Alberta bar practicing her very questionable karaoke skills.
You’ll remember Amy Bugg’s deadpan delivery from Sled Island (Calgary), Sirius XM’s Next Top Comic (Vancouver), Women in Comedy Festival 2017 (Boston), YYComedy Festival (Calgary), CBC’s “Grown-ups Read Things They Wrote as Kids”, and Oddblock (Winnipeg). Your mom might have also read her short story in Canadian Living.
Alice Rose
Alice performs regularly as a member of the comedy collective Queer and Present Danger, and can be found on stages across Toronto and beyond. She recently performed on the Las Culturistas podcast as part of JFL42. You can catch Alice at her monthly show, Alice’s Big Queer Comedy Show, held at the Patent Social in Waterloo.

Rahil Shaikh
Rahil Shaikh is a comedian from India and is now based in Toronto.
Rahil Shaikh loves – much to the disdain of others – long walks, blue skies, a warm muffin and an occasional slice of pizza. Rahil shaikh has quickly established himself as a passionate and fast-rising talent who will stop at nothing. Not even a stop sign. His words, not mine.
Also, he likes jokes. When not performing comedy, Rahil Shaikh can be found eating dogs and petting donuts.
Michael Primiani
Michael Primiani got his start writing and performing in YouTube videos that made fun of metal music for thousands of subscribers but has since taken his impressions and snarky wit to the stand-up stage. Michael frequently jokes about his wacky Italian family, the city of Toronto and whatever pissed him off while scrolling on Instagram the day of a show. Michael has written articles for BlogTO and also co-wrote a script for a mockumentary for the Grammy award winning metal band Ghost. Since starting stand up, he has performed at Yuk Yuk’s, Corner Comedy Club, Lee’s Palace, Comedy Bar and the Orlando Improv. He currently runs a show in Vaughan called “Crafts and Laughs” and a show in Richmond Hill at Archibald’s Pub called “Archie Funny”. He was also a finalist in Etobicoke’s Top Comic. Like the Billy Joel song “Piano Man”, Michael is quick with a joke or a light of your smoke (if he has a lighter on him) but there’s no place that he’d rather be!
Jesse Ralph
Jesse Ralph is a single, white, male comic straight outta Newmarket. Jesse has been described as the pretty boy with the potty mouth. How pretty he is can be debated… He performs at bars, pubs and clubs across the GTA, and has been a regular guest host at the Old Sod for Etobicoke’s Comedy Competition. When Jesse isn’t grinding it out on stage, you might find him enjoying a beverage or two at a sports bar.
