KENNY ROBINSON

“The Fabulous Kenny Robinson” is a living legend on the Canadian Comedy scene.

His irreverent, socially conscience, intelligent, opinionated and profane style of comedy has made him a fixture and favourite with comedy clubs, festivals, swingers conventions, radio, and television audiences for 3 decades.

The Winnipeg born, Chicago bred Robinson has hosted The Gemini Awards and was twice nominated for his writing and performance in his ground breaking one hour special “Thick and Thin” on the CBC. Kenny has earned accolades as the creator, writer, producer and host of the edgy late night series” After Hours with Kenny Robinson” on The Comedy Network.

His episode of the CBC’s Comics has been referred by the Toronto Star as “One of the few episodes that still stand with the test of time.”

For 2 years he was one of the co hosts of “The Morning Rush” on Flow 93.5fm, Canada’s first black owned hip hop radio station.

As an actor Kenny has appeared in such films as “Third Miracle” with Ed Harris, “Down To Earth” with Chris Rock, Clement Virgo’s “Love comes Down”, and David Sutherland’s “Love, Sex, and Eating the Bones.” Robinson has appeared on the CBC’s “Royal Canadian Air Farce”, Showtime’s “Soul Food”, and has a wide fan base from his re-occurring roles as “Jelly Bean” on PAX series “Doc”, starring Billy Ray Cyrus, and as “Mickey” on the teen fave “Radio Free Roscoe” on the “Noggin” Network.

Whether the audience looks for his cutting observational perspectives, political, sexual or what comes up at the moment, Kenny’s professional attitude and love for comedy will always deliver!

JEREMY DOBSKI

Jeremy Dobski is a comedy force known for his high-energy sets, raw honesty, and sharp, absurd insights that leave audiences laughing and reflecting in equal measure. Twice named one of Montreal’s Top 10 comedians by CULT MTL and a regular headliner at Toronto’s best clubs, he’s appeared on CBC, Vice, Discovery, and performed at major festivals across North America. He’s worked with well known acts such as Howie Mandel, Sam Tallent, and more. Whether tackling the everyday weirdness of being human or the simplicity of everyday activities Jeremy brings a rare mix of vulnerability, wit, and fearless storytelling to the stage.

KARLIE LAVERTY

Karlie Laverty is a Toronto-based stand-up comedian. Since starting at The Second City she has performed at comedy clubs and festivals all over the city, such as The Comedy Lab, Comedy Bar, Ladyfest Toronto and Kenan Thompson’s Pop-Up Comedy Fest. She has competed in several roast battles, for which she is undefeated. Her sunny personality and light-hearted humour come with a surprising edge that keeps you on your toes and makes for a fun watch.

DHAMA

Dhama tormented his wife for years with his jokes, pranks and one-liners but then decided to stop putting his marriage on the line, and instead put other people’s happiness on the line. He is crazy enough to have left behind his corporate career, funny enough to be producing his own shows in Hindi and English in Canada and India, and caring enough to have started Toronto Climate Comedy – where he produces Canada’s first ever climate comedy shows for climate conscious audience and raises money for grassroot organisations.

DRE PAVEZ

Dre Pavez is a stand up comedian and producer born and raised in London, Ontario (and not ashamed to say it!!) who now lives in Toronto. Her dry sensibility is in stark contrast to the vivid storytelling and often personal nature of her comedy. She’s done Scarborough’s Got Jokes, performs regularly at Comedy Bar, and can be seen all over the GTA.
