Black Sheep Comedy is coming to the best brewery in High Park with an EPIC lineup.

Due to COVID, Black Sheep Comedy is being extremely careful to host a fun and safe night of laughs. Seating is extremely limited – tickets are available in singles and doubles. If there are more than two people in your party, email us and we’ll make sure to accommodate. There are two VIP tables of (up to) 10 seat. In addition to a complimentary 12oz beer or pop, each VIP guest will receive a special gift!

SEAN CULLEN

Multiple Gemini/Canadian Screen Award/Canadian Comedy Award-winner Sean broke into the business in 1988 as the front man of the seminal musical comedy trio Corky and the Juice Pigs who toured the world. The Juice Pigs were featured on Fox’s MAD TV and released three comedy albums. Sean has been a regular at Just For Laughs, The Halifax Comedy Festival and the Winnipeg Comedy Festival as well as the hit CBC radio show The Debaters.

Cullen has starred in his own television series, The Seán Cullen Show, with appearances on Murdoch Mysteries, Anne: Fire & Fury, Dark Matter, Carter current seasons of Little Dog and Workin’ Moms to name but a few. He was a finalist on NBC’s The Last Comic Standing, and he has appeared on shows such as Ellen, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and The Late Late Show. He has a number of comedy specials under his belt including Comedy Central Presents… Seán Cullen and CTV/ The Comedy Network’s Gemini-nominated Sean Cullen’s Wood, Cheese & Children!

He has lent his voice and writing talents to multi-award winning Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and Rocket Monkeys, Margaret Atwood’s Wandering Wenda, Jimmy Two-Shoes earning him an ACTRA Award and the upcoming Netflix PEANUTS series The Snoopy Show to name but a few.

Cullen has appeared at the Shakespeare Theatre Festival in Stratford, ON where he starred in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Peter Pan, and King of Thieves and he starred as Max Bialystock in the Canadian Mirvish production of Mel Brooks’ The Producer.

Allie Pearse

Allie Pearse is a standup comedian and writer on the award winning show Letterkenny. She is a finalist at JFL’s 2021 Standup & Pitch, has been featured on Sirius XM radio, JFL’s  Comedy 101 roast show and OFF-JFL. She is the winner of the ‘I Heart Jokes Awards’ 2020 Breakout Comic, was nominated for the COCA comic of the year in 2020 and was runner up at the 2019 Toronto Comedy Brawl. She is the creator and producer of SLUT PARADE: A Sex Positive Comedy Show and House Comedy at Soho House in Toronto. Allie is a script reader for the LA based platform Coverfly where she offers story notes to writers from all over the world.

Tamara Shevon

Tamara Shevon is a Toronto-based comic who started her comedic story-telling through wine-coloured glasses in Bejing, China. Since then, she has been blazing through the Toronto scene with her characteristic wit and her lovable ability to flirt with the boundaries of socially acceptable. Tamara produces and hosts the very popular Sunday Best Comedy Podcast. Tamara has performed stand-up all over China, Canada, and the United States and was second runner-up in the Beijing Improv Comedy Festival. More recently, Tamara has performed at NXNE and JFL42. In 2018, Tamara toured across Ontario with Shawna Edward for the Irritable & Confused Comedy Tour where she was the only black person at each stop. If this wasn’t obvious enough already, Tamara wrote this bio herself which is why she sounds so awesome.

Desiree Walsh

Desiree Walsh Is a comedian with cerebral palsy. A former competitive swimmer, she traded in early mornings swim workouts for the late nights of stand-up comedy. She has been featured on Breakfast Television, The Reel Abilities Film Festival Comedy Night, ALTdot comedy Lounge and the now defunct show Nighttime TV on Rogers cable Mississauga.
